Everyone wants to learn the new dance craze but were are introducing it to you as a form of fitness too.
Our pole taster sessions are £10 and are on Saturday Nov 29th November 3-4pm & 4-5pm - Spaces are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.

Pole dance courses are £80 for 4 classes of two & half hour sessions, starting Sat 6th & 13th Dec and 10th & 17th January saturday starting at 3 - 5.30pm.
